VIRTUAL WEST STREET DESIGNERS
Virtual West Street recreates the fantastical, after dark festival atmosphere that accompanies CB Nuit each year. We hope this project brings a sense of familiarity to avid CB Nuit visitors and a warm welcome to new participants of the festival.

AIDAN DEVEREAUX

Aidan Devereaux is the Web Designer of Virtual West Street. Aidan is a multi-disciplinary artist who makes art about things he thinks deserve more attention. Through images, videos, installations, and other new media, Aidan’s work highlights behaviours, objects, and other nouns that when we look closer are often humorous, bizarre, or beautiful. He once heard a quote that said something along the lines of “art is like pointing at things” and he thinks that sums up his practice pretty well.
Drew Pardy is the Digital artist of Virtual West Street. Drew is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Newfoundland where she received her BFA in Visual Arts from Grenfell Campus, Memorial University. Her work uses friendship-as-method research practices that are rooted in community and site-specific histories. Roaming, rambling and collaborating are often where her projects begin, taking shape through the connections formed in the process. "Taking care" — of these connections, the places we occupy and objects we encounter, is a reoccurring theme in her work.
