Quilting the Fabric of Home

Artists, poets, performers, and lovers of the written word, this eclectic group all have backgrounds in the arts including creative writing, theatre, music, visual art, quilting and textile work. Some of their past achievements include creative and academic publications, gallery contributions, music festival performances, and creating interactive plays and performances.

Quilting the Fabric of Home aims to demonstrate what home means to us as individuals and as a community. We encourage everyone to contribute their ideas of home through phrases or images on fabric scraps that we will stitch into a traditional Newfoundland quilt as an act of collaborative storytelling.
